Ressafit Fitness Return & Exchange Policy

At Ressafit Fitness, we strive to provide high-quality activewear that you'll love. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges only—no refunds. Please carefully review our policy below:

Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility for Exchange: You may exchange your item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

    • The item(s) is in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.

    • The item(s) is not worn, washed, or damaged.

    • You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • How to Initiate an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please email our customer support team at [insert email] with your order number, a description of the item(s), and the reason for the exchange.

  • Exchange Process: Once your exchange request is approved, we will guide you through the process of returning your original item and shipping out the exchanged product. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or heavily discounted are not eligible for exchange.

  • Exchanges for Different Size/Color/Style: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please ensure that the item is still available in stock. If the new item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If it is of a lower value, we will issue a store credit for the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange for an exchange at no additional cost.

    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
